Dispatch and delivery
We will complete your order within 2-3 working days and will send your order via Post Danmark. For deliveries in Denmark we add between 20 to 35 kroner to the order to cover postage. Purchases over 500 kroner are postage free.
International deliveries are at prevailing Post Danmark rates.

Returns and claims
If you regret your purchase you may return books to Ajour. They must be returned within 14 days after receipt, at the latest, and the books must be in their original condition. We will refund the sum you have paid, but not postage. Any costs incurred in returning the books are at your own expense.
If the books are damaged when you receive them, we will naturally replace them, but you must contact us immediately. If there are any other problems with your purchase, please contact the publishers at ajour@dmjx.dk

Payment
All prices, for delivery in Denmark, are current sales prices minus 10%, including 25% VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, VAT is deducted automatically.

E-books
An e-book is an electronic book which can be read on a computer, tablet, and smartphone or e-book reader.
Ajour’s e-books are ePub with DRM copy protection where the page layout adjusts to the size of the display. In other words, when using a small display, the text will cover several pages, and when using a large display, the text will cover fewer pages. Page numbers can thus vary.
In order to read Ajour’s e-books, you must use the program Adobe Digital Edition. The program can be freely downloaded at the following address:

The book must be downloaded within 7 days.
